These Terms of Service govern your use of the Café Andrés application and related services. By using Café Andrés, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You may access Café Andrés using Apple or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your provider account and for activity performed through your Café Andrés account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the coffee entries, equipment details, brew logs, notes, and images you add. You grant Café Andrés permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You must not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another user’s account or data, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
AI-assisted features
Optional equipment suggestions may be generated using artificial intelligence. These suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional advice.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above when these terms are revised.
Account termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account and associated content from within the app or follow the instructions on our account deletion page. We may restrict access when these terms are materially violated or when required by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Café Andrés is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Café Andrés and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
